Open Hours: On Sunday between 5pm and 7pm visitors are welcome to come to our office on the Toynbee Hall site. Often this is the best way to seek the type of help needed, e.g. counselling.

How to find us: The office is a short walk from Aldgate East tube station on the District and Metropolitan lines, and the Number 67 bus route along which Toynbee Hall has its main entrance on Commercial Street.

Join/Volunteer: At Ease is looking for new members and volunteers in all areas. Experienced At Ease speakers are available to visit any area on request to conduct training sessions or to provide information about our work. Read more
