At Ease is a voluntary organisation providing independent free advice and information to members of the Armed Forces.

AT EASE regrets that the telephone helpline of over 50 years, has had to be suspended due to a lack of volunteers. We currently do not see our callers in person at our address - it is only for our mail.

All work at At Ease is done by members, who are unpaid volunteers. We need to meet all our running costs from voluntary donations.

Experienced At Ease speakers are available to visit any area on request to conduct training sessions or to provide information about our work.
